Whenever a life experience happens, give it a kind meaning of how much Divine Creation loves you. Divine Creation gives you contrast so you can know your light desires and you are given an opportunity to expand.
Expand with each life experience by knowing that you are completely supported by Divine Creation.
Trust your life unfolds with a perfection that you may not understand in the present moment, yet is there for the highest and best for all.
You can at least know what you now prefer with life experience because you are being shown the light with contrast. You can receive that as a gift and expand by receiving that gift.
Practice this kindness and send blessings to those who you encounter in life. All behave in the level of consciousness that they are aware of. Send all blessings so they may expand their consciousness.
Associate only with those who’s level of consciousness expresses the kindness you desire. Then send blessings to those who need to expand their consciousness to be kinder. You do not have to countenance the actions of those that reflect harm to others.
Bring in this kindness and bring a lasting peace within you.
You still give value about what life experiences that are good, right and true to you. This value raises you to take inspired actions that are good, right and true. That is a kind way to be.
Your peace will bring more peace into your world and you have created a new moment of a new world that is full of kindness and peace.

Let’s get started
Take in a long deep breath
Let it out
Take in another deep breath
Let that breath out
Start relaxing your body
Begin by relaxing your feet
Now move that relation upward into your calves and knees
Move it up your thighs and into your lower back and tummy
Let that relaxation into your mid back and chest
Now relax your shoulders
That relaxation gently moves into your arms and hands
Allow your neck to relax
Let that relaxing move up the back of your head and over the top of your head
Now down your face
You are now in a deep state of complete relaxation
Start to become aware of your heart with its gentle beat
Feel that beat feeding a lovely life force into all of you
Open your heart now upward and outward
Further now out into the Universe
Feel a connection with you and Divine Creation
A beautiful blue healing light comes down now from the sky and touches the top of your head
It moves downward into your heart
It continues downward into your core and into your legs and feet
Now it moves into the center of the earth grounding you and connecting you with your Highest Self
As you be, in this healing state, let all of you feel the healing love move into you
Feel yourself in this beautiful place in nature
Be there and be in this Now moment
Now say these words after me with as much emotion as possible

I am getting safer and safer

I am feeling better and better

I am feeling healthier and healthier
